*IMPORTANT RECALL NOTICE*

The FDA has issued a patient recall of Epipen 2-Pak Auto-Injectors 0.3 mg and EpiPen Jr. 2-pak Auto-Injetors 0.15mg. This notice was issued based on reports of failure to activate due to a potential defect in the supplier component. This could make the device difficult to activate during and emergency, or make increased force necessary to activate the device.

Please CALL YOUR PHARMACY to get a replacement EpiPen for your child.

We recommend checking the FDA website for the most current information https://www.fda.gov/
